1. Who We Are
MarketNetra is an AI-powered market intelligence platform for Indian retail traders. We are operated as an independent product and are not affiliated with NSE, BSE, SEBI, or any regulated financial institution. References to "we", "us", or "our" mean MarketNetra.
2. Information We Collect
Account information: When you sign in with Google OAuth, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We do not receive your Google password.
Chat & usage data: Your chat messages and conversation history are stored in our database (Supabase) so you can access them across sessions. We may use anonymised, aggregated query data to improve our AI responses.
Payment information: Subscription payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card details. Razorpay's privacy policy governs payment data.
Analytics: We use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to understand how users interact with the platform. These tools may set cookies on your browser.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain your account and subscription
- To deliver AI-generated market analysis and trade ideas
- To save your conversation history for your convenience
- To process payments and manage subscriptions
- To send transactional emails (e.g. payment receipts, account notices)
- To improve our product using anonymised usage patterns
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored in Supabase, which uses row-level security (RLS) to ensure your data is only accessible to you. We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services which may process your data:
- Supabase — database and authentication
- Google OAuth — sign-in
- Razorpay — payment processing
- Anthropic / OpenAI / DeepInfra — AI model providers
- Google Analytics — usage analytics
- Meta Pixel — advertising analytics
6. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon request, we will delete your conversation history and account data within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal or financial compliance (e.g. payment records).
7. Cookies
We use session cookies for authentication and third-party cookies for analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel). You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features of the platform may not function correctly as a result.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
