1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the MarketNetra platform in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We may update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Educational Purpose Only — Not Investment Advice

MarketNetra is an educational market intelligence tool. It is not a SEBI-registered investment advisor, research analyst, or broker. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading recommendations, or an offer to buy or sell any security.

All content — including AI-generated trade ideas, option chain analysis, FII/DII summaries, and market commentary — is provided for informational and educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.

3. Account Registration

You must sign in using a valid Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account with others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscription & Payments

MarketNetra offers a 7-day trial for ₹1, followed by a monthly subscription of ₹199/month. Payments are processed via Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges to your payment method.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Please refer to our Refund Policy for refund eligibility.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the platform to provide investment advice to third parties for compensation without appropriate SEBI registration
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute platform content or AI outputs at scale
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or gain unauthorised access to platform systems
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose under Indian law
• Misrepresent AI-generated analysis as your own original research to others

6. Accuracy of Data

Market data is sourced from NSE, BSE, and broker APIs and is refreshed approximately every 10 minutes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. Technical failures, API outages, or data provider errors may result in incorrect or unavailable data. We are not liable for trading losses resulting from reliance on platform data.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MarketNetra and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, or data loss. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, software, and AI model outputs generated by MarketNetra are our intellectual property. You may use outputs for your personal trading decisions but may not redistribute them commercially.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
