Refund Policy

1. Trial Fee (₹1)

The ₹1 trial fee is non-refundable. It grants you full access to all MarketNetra features for 7 days. If you choose not to continue after the trial, simply cancel before the trial period ends — you will not be charged the monthly subscription fee.

2. Monthly Subscription (₹199/month)

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis for monthly subscription payments in the following situations:

• Accidental duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once for the same billing period, we will refund the duplicate charge in full.
• Platform unavailability: If the platform was inaccessible for more than 72 consecutive hours during a paid billing period due to our technical failure (not third-party data provider outages), you may be eligible for a pro-rata credit.
• Unauthorised charge: If your payment method was used without your authorisation, contact us immediately.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• You forgot to cancel before the billing date
• You did not use the platform during the billing period
• You are dissatisfied with AI-generated analysis or trade ideas
• Trading losses resulting from use of the platform
• Data provider outages affecting market data quality

4. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — you will retain access until then. No penalty, no retention calls.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@marketnetra.in with your registered email address and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days via Razorpay.
